Aflac Business Benefit Consultant Requirements:
Basic computer skills, a high level of proper business ethics, vibrant personality, a drive to help others, organized, self starter, team player, and a professional presence.
Prior sales experience not essential.
Aflac Business Benefit Consultant Responsibilities:
Research and develop new business opportunities by seeking out clients in the local area employer market.
Provide employers with presentations that effectively communicate the Aflac ability to enhance employer's benefit package.
Enroll clients into Aflac products via computer programs.
