Asset Manager

Fox Offices is a high standing office leasing space for entrepreneurs, start-ups, freelancers and innovative companies seeking affordable office space in creative environments. The company started 2 years ago under the name of Paris Buro in Paris, France (www.paris-buro.fr). It is the new solution for entrepreneurs who don’t want to bother with office problems or with paying high revenues for large and empty spaces. Fox offices allows you to outsource your management problems at a low price, with short term engagement. The company offers both private and shared office spaces with flexible contracts.

Responsibilities

What you will do:
The Asset Manager Assistant will assist the Asset Manager. He will be in contact with either a broker or a real estate agent and will be in charge of assisting the Asset Manager in finding and managing office spaces. From beginning to end, he/she will take care of reporting everything to the manager as well as advising and guiding the new leasers. As a great sales person and as someone who loves companies’ real estate you will learn to negotiate the contracts and always be on the run in order to find great spaces as well as replace any vacancies.
