We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales professional to fill the role of Business Developer. The successful candidate would have experience and the skills needed to identify and develop strategic relationships with potential clients and partners. The position requires innovative ideas in marketing, outreach, sales and managing of the relationships you create.
Responsibilities❏ Develop NPM’s Sales department with day-to-day sales efforts and ensuring satisfaction & customer loyalty.
❏ Establish new relationships & develop leads and incentive programs for potential clients
❏ Ability to seek leads and follow up on all potential clients
❏ Ensure reporting and KPI’s (business reports, visits schedule ...)
❏ Attend and participate in networking events
❏ Communicate with new leads and learn to effectively sell inbound marketing services over the phone, in person via email or digital platforms
� Maintain and update information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
❏ Support traditional and digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
❏ Assist on the promotional inbound marketing strategies
❏ Support traditional and marketing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
Requirements❏ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
❏ Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
❏ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
❏ Ability to build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs and objectives to increase sales
❏ Highly motivated self-starter
❏ Interest in Digital Marketing
❏ Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
❏ Interest in online sales
❏ Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
❏ Experience with Salesforce is a plus
❏ Knowledge of inbound marketing is a plus
❏ Detailed oriented and strong time management skills with ability to stay organized and consistently meet deadlines
❏ To be proactive and show autonomy to succeed in your tasks.
