DSS Staffing, Inc. provides staffing support in various industry sectors, including by not limited to: Professional, Management, Technical, Light Industrial, Call Center/Customer Service, Accounting/Finance, and Administrative Support.
The position we are interning is a Commission Paid position for those you what to go into Sales and the Staffing Industry. This position requires you to learn Business to Business Sales and introduces you to the Staffing Industry.
Identifies and contacts prospective clients, generates sales proposals, and services existing accounts, ensuring quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery.
We are located in Atlanta, GA and are looking for Interns that are already here in GA and can start immediately.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules may be subject to change in order to meet company needs and business requirements.
Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project number of contacts to be made; follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned.
Establishes rapport and maintains contact with contract clients and potential clients.
Develops and supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs; prepares for and attends exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities.
Prepares paperwork to activate and maintain contract services; oversees account services through quality checks and other follow-up; identifies and resolves client concerns.
Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals; reports on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Utilizes independent judgment and exhibits sound reasoning.
