Responsibilities

Must be a great note taker, listener, responsive to client needs, and adaptability is key within this role

Day to day responsibilities will include customer follow ups, responding to emails, sending out mailings, marketing collateral, working with the sales team to generate customer interest

Ongoing Research will be a large part of the internship. Sharing the knowledge with management, in order to effectively communicate to a broader audience

Attending local, and national events to cross promote the product, the company, the brand

Scheduling, organizing, filing, administrative tasks that keep management organized

Customer facing role which requires a tremendous amount of customer interaction over the phone, email, face to face, presentations to small, medium, to large groups

Constant follow up, service calls, and routine check in's with clients within the Twin Cities metro area

Sales tracking, pipeline discussions, organic marketing, cold, warm, calling all of which promote growth of company while being trained by manager within the first 90 days of the internship

Requirements

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiar with Google Business Apps
Familiar with using Social Media platforms for posting reviews, writing updates
Assist manager with data organization, flow, tracking, and publishing.
Work with the sales team to cultivate leads in CRM software; Infusionsoft, Highrise, Mail-Chimp, and Basecamp
Assist with promotions, local, and national events by attending, passing out marketing collateral, engaging with potential clients, users, and collecting feedback
Work with Website Developer to update website content on a regular basis
Work with Publicist to help organize, track, and reference earned media opportunities
Assist the manager with data entry, work flow management, and filing, other sales related tasks that require a precise level of organization
Coordinate meetings, calls, and various travel plans, and assist with event planning
Contact new and previous clients to ask for customer reviews about the product weekly
Participate in weekly team meetings, one on one check-in's, and occasional group meetings related to special projects
Flexible with attending local, regional, and national trade shows, expos, events all targeted for promoting company growth, branding, and advertising product offering
