Description

Established, solutions-based staffing firm is seeking a Business Development candidate for the Arlington area. Must be a team-player, professional, driven, goal-oriented and desire a career in Sales in the Staffing Industry. The position requires a candidate that is tenacious and able to thrive in a very competitive industry with a positive attitude.

The ideal Business Development candidate:
•Evaluates potential for the staffing business, identifies current business strengths, and creates a strategic plan for growth in the territory.
•Drives the sales effort with continual contact and face to face meetings with decision makers.
•Directly responsible for the continued growth of this territory.
•Creates and owns the sales strategy for the Territory.
•Continuously monitor client and talent satisfaction results and takes the appropriate actions with employees, external talent, and clients.
•Networks within the community to build business and branch visibility.
•Maintains and develops client contacts at all levels within client organizations.

The ideal Business Development candidate will have:
•Be self-motivated, driven with a need for achievement
•Be willing to train for a career in the staffing industry
Requires heavy cold calling with the ability to establish rapport/relationships and grow them.
•Follow-up skills by email, phone call, in person, etc. to move a prospect up in the sales funnel.
•Experience in building business including time and territory management, sales and proposal presentation to clients.
•Ability to achieve profitable sales development and growth.
•Experience in selling and servicing customers.
•Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
•Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
•Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
