Support Inside Sales and Account Managers
Order Entry and Maintenance
EDI Order Download
Acknowledge/Confirm Orders
Expedite Orders Pull Ins/Push Outs, and respond to customers with updates
Answer phones and direct calls to intended parties
End of day Sales Order Recap
End of day Internal Sales Report
Send Ship History Reports as needed
Basic Price List Quotes when needed
File/Maintain Customer Correspondence
General Product Knowledge
OtherAdministrative duties as assigned


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
