In the majority of cases, we act as the Third Party Administrator and/or broker for your company's core insurance such as Health (medical, dental, vision) and Property & Casualty (Workman's Compensation, General Liability). We can also work with your current insurance broker or agent! We then determine which voluntary products (such as accident, critical illness, long-term disability, etc.) should be used to supplement your core plans to provide the most efficient and economical solution for you and your employees. The implementation and ongoing services assure success as our Representatives are not merely Administrators and Insurance Agents, but Business Strategists who act as Consultants assisting companies in making the proper choices for business critical processes. - Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape
- Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
- Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects
- Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects
Requirements- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
