DescriptionEMBASSY Foundation is an upcoming start up company with the exclusive license for the manufacturing and distribution of French Fashion Designer CHARLES DARIUS™ designs, and is located both in France and Beverly Hills, CA.
CHARLES DARIUS™ specializes in high end and luxury fashion accessories ranging from Jewelry, wearable accessories, leather goods, and other luxury goods. Most products are handcrafted in France or the USA.
The company also created the only "bespoke design service" in the world where HNW can collaborate with our Creative Director and Design Team to design and craft one-of-a-kind artifact exclusively made for them regardless of the product category (e.g. leather goods, jewelry, eyewear, timepieces, cars etc.)
CHARLES DARIUS™ was officially launched after a successful Kickstarter Campaign and raised over $100,000.00 in less than 20 days. Nearly 1 year later, CHARLES DARIUS products have been sold exclusively online in over 35 countries.
In a context of growth, we are looking to collaborate with one intern to develop and manage our wholesale accounts including high end boutiques, concepts stores and larger high end distributors like Sacks Fifth Ave, Neiman's, etc. To do so, we will communicate you an extensive list of buyers in the USA and overseas to start your endeavor.
We are looking for a person who is highly motivated to generate sales and establish a growing brand in the international fashion & luxury scenes. As such, the selected intern will be working with small and large accounts focused on the fashion and luxury good markets.
Applicants must have a proper oral and written english. If you are fluent in other languages it is a plus (e.g. French, Italian, German, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian...).
A background in sales, business school, MBA, PR or Journalism is preferred but not required.
Applicants must be able to pitch the brand and products to buyers while conveying our positioning and educating the buyers on the brand's origins.
You will be working directly with our Creative Director who will be helping you to understand the brand positioning, the products and our distribution strategy.
Depending of his schedule, you will be working either in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood area, or remotely on your own.
The Intern must commit for at least 2 days per week (8hours/day with an hour lunch break), for a minimum of 10 consecutive weeks.
- We offer a 10% commission on the sales closed by the selected intern.
- Business expenses will be at the charge of EMBASSY Foundation upon prior approval.

Responsibilities- Become a specialist about the brand positioning and our products
- Reach out to various buyers to present the brand and product with objective to close sales
- Retail and Wholesale order management i.e. make sure to communicate with our President upcoming orders and fulfillment schedule.
- Update and maintain wholesale/retail database, based on accuracy of information and previous orders
- In some instances meet local buyers to develop sales
- Report brand and/or product feedback to Executive Team for a better understanding of the brand and product perception by wholesalers/retailers.
