Description

The mission of mySeniorCare is to assist seniors and their families in the search for housing and care options that meet their budget, location and care needs. We are dedicated to taking a personalized approach; we work closely with partner communities and focus on educating our families that entrust us with introducing them to the communities that meet their criteria. This allows us to find the best fit between communities and families, which results in a long-term commitment for housing and happy residents. This is a paid internship.

As a direct liaison between our clients and their customers, you'll develop skills in negotiating and an acute understanding in clearly identifying and communicating someone's needs to a third party, whilst satisfying everyone's needs. It is not a skill to be underestimated and will be beneficial in any future endeavor you choose to pursue.

Responsibilities

Outbound calls for the purpose of sharing and collecting information to assist people in finding the right housing that meets their care needs, data entry and updating detailed client files

Requirements

Possessing proficiency in the English language and grammar is a requisite.
Quick learner
Must type 40 wpm and be detail oriented.
Someone who enjoys a low key work environment.
Preferably 40 hrs. weekly, but flexible.
