Description

Summary:

The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Services Sales Team with various administrative functions and strategic initiatives. The Coordinator reports to the Client Service Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Create client metric dashboards/scorecards utilizing PowerPoint, Excel and SalesForce database in preparation for client meetings
Conduct prospective client research, job analysis and PowerPoint presentations for Sales meeting
Maintain client and candidate information in SalesForce and Taleo databases
Assist Client Service Managers with creating agendas and Excel reports for meetings with senior leadership
Provide project management support for strategic initiatives
Prepare status reports and update information on goal progress boards
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We Require:

Availability for 20-30 hours per week
Background in Business, Marketing, Communication, or other related discipline
Strong communication skills across a broad range of constituent groups, including executives, managers, clients and internal staff
High degree of integrity and business ethics.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically a demonstrated strong skill set in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong business skills and the capability to organize and prioritize work and to accomplish goals under tight time constraints.
Organized with ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Interest in non-profit organizations, community involvement desired
