Your job as a Sales Associate at Creston Solutions will be to create new leads for these services and secure clients. All Sales Associates will be given a 15% commission rate to start with and will be given plenty of opportunity to further their career. If you have a passion for sales and technology this is the position for you. Our sales team and product managers comprise of young individuals who also share this passion and our development teams are very diverse.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
- Creating your own sales strategy whether it is digital or in-person
- Respond to incoming non-profit customer requests and close deals
- Handle full sales process (qualifying call, demo, close, and account management)
- Enter data into Salesforce and help manage our customer contacts
- Prospect potential customers, and conduct cold calls
- Have fun, learn
- Communicating with your co-workers to make sure you have the resources you need
- Working independently when making sales
- Meeting in person with customers
- Creating marketing medium to use with clients
- Representing Creston Solutions
- Exceptional phone, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Docs is required
- Exudes enthusiasm, competitive spirit, a positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently; be able to provide examples of success in this environment
- The desire to develop a career in tech sales
- We will provide training but some B2B experience is a bonus.
- Double bonus points if it’s in the software industry
