WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-Ability to ask the right questions to understand the objectives for any assignment.
-Learn to identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization;
-Research and build relationships with new clients.
-Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
-Cold call/ Email as appropriate within a broad geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
-Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
-Plan approaches and pitches and work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
-Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. -Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
-Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
-Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
-Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
-Ability to commit to 20 hours per week for 12 weeks (vacations & breaks can be mutually agreed)
-Undergrads, postgrads, mature industry & career switchers are all welcome
-Multilingual, multicultural is a plus
-This is a virtual internship, the ability to work on your own or as a member of a virtual team without loss of enthusiasm is a must.

Responsibilities-You are responsible for our market share and financial growth
-You are responsible for increasing our client base
-Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means
-Prospect for leading International Real Estate agents in the different geographic areas by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means to explain to them our products, services & referral program and get them to collaborate with us
-Set our sales targets
-Develop a variety of sales pitches and styles to suit different clients needs
