Description

Hippocketwifi is a young start-up established in May 2014 and already awarded several times: Innovation Award in the 2014 Young Entrepreneur competition & “Coup de Coeur “ award of the jury at the 2015 Entrepreneurs Spring.
Hippocketwifi offers pocket wifi rental to foreign tourists so that remain them connected without roaming charges. Our devices are available for rent on our website and at our partner places: hotels and tourist offices (Bordeaux, Lyon, Montpellier ...) and other tourist specialists.

Responsibilities

Major responsibilities:
• Customer relationships and follow-up:
- Respond to calls and emails and online chat from our customers: Information inquiry / custom offer / lease extension / Technical support
- Customer reminders concerning the return of our devices

• Management of rentals and follow-up:
- Updating the reporting table daily
- Prepare shipments
- Set up wifi devices
- Manage returns

• Recommendation and improvement on the processes

Requirements

Job requirement:
• High school diploma
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – Native speakers will be appreciated
• Good French (written and spoken)
• Interpersonal skills
• Rigorous, independent and imaginative
• Motivated, capability to meet tough challenges
• Windows skills (Word, Excel...)
