Advantage Conference and Expo is a nationwide General Service Contractor for the Trade Show and Event Industry. Looking for a talented individual to fill a F/T position in our Baltimore office.

THIS POSITION IS DIFFERENT! Looking for a 'do it all' with a 'can do' attitude to help move a successful 20 year small business to a new level. Sales, Management, Service, Leadership...forklift capabilities!?! Do you possess these skills?

To get your piece of the $100 billion dollar trade show industry, you must possess an excellent work ethic, strong analytical skills, stronger organizational skills, a willingness to travel to hot spots across the country, and a burning desire to achieve goals.

We're looking for a team player who will lead by example...does this sound like you?

Compensation depends on the candidate and obtaining $50-80k in the first year is very feasible for the ideal individual!

Responsibilities

-Generation of new sales leads/business
-Managing a team of workers for event production
-Willingness to jump in and help out during all phases of the trade show experience as needed

Requirements

-5 Years of proven sales/management experience
-Superior leadership capabilities
-Flexibility to travel wherever/whenever needed for event production/management
-Excellent work ethic
-Ability to work well with others
-Strong analytical skills
-Superior organizational skills
-Proficient using MS Office
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Strong customer service abilities
