Description

Gain valuable experience with the world's largest provider of Voluntary Benefits.
We are currently looking for college students or soon-to-be graduates seeking an internship for the summer months. Ideal candidates are interested in B2B sales and marketing as a potential career path or running their own business in the future. They are also interested in working with a team of managers & mentors, as well as gaining real life experience in the office and field.

Successful interns may be given the opportunity to explore a full time role with our team.

Responsibilities

Recruiting Responsibilities
-Screen and contact potential candidates for in-office interviews.
-Work with recruiting software to reach out to potential candidates.
-Observe and attend candidate interviews.

Sales Support Responsibilities
-Follow up on claim status with Aflac HQ.
-Work with spreadsheets, data entry and archive confidential files.
-Learn the processes needed to support a successful sales staff and business.

Work with our District Managers
-Get an inside look into what being a manager entails while learning invaluable lessons from them.
-Shadow District Managers and agents in the field.
-Support District Managers and their agents.

Requirements
