Description

ContentTools sells software and custom development services for interactive content for some of the largest companies in the world.

We specialize in designing and developing interactive content applications. Companies use interactive content as a way to engage audiences, capture leads, and collect customer data.

We are hiring an inside sales intern to support our senior staff and grow revenue.

Responsibilities


Responsibilities of the inside sales candidate include:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements

This is not a position where you are simply "completing a process", it will require significant problem solving skills. The products we sell are often customized to the clients need, and as such the sales pitch and client communication can vary drastically.

Required - Excel, Gmail, Microsoft PowerPoint
