We now require Intern Media Sales Partners across the United States who will work virtually under our Diversity Job Board Affiliate Program. We offer generous commissions based on Job Postings from Employers, Recruiters and Agencies, through our affiliate partner code tracking system and higher commissions up to $1,000 from direct media sales packages. Unlimited earnings is achievable for entrepreneur driven Intern Media Partners. Your ability to communicate effectively with executive decision makers and recruiters, through cold calling, social media marketing, with the ability to close sales and follow up with clients is paramount.
ResponsibilitiesEmail prospecting, cold calling and follow up to develop new business
Direct selling of online recruitment job postings and advertising to employers, recruiters and staffing agencies
Demonstrate job posting presentations over the phone as necessary
Strategically manage and build a client pipeline to maximize recruitment advertising revenue
Develop sustainable new client accounts and the ability to close sales very quickly
Minimum of 4 hours a day input of the above is required for college credit evaluation
RequirementsStrong selling ability experience with any proven track record of sales success
High standard of written, phone communications and presentation skills
Computer proficiency, Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to utilize Linkedin.com and Google for social media marketing and prospecting purposes
Basic understanding of digital growth marketing and hacking techniques, and/or willingness to learn
Creative out of the box thinking and entrepreneur abilities
Ability to work virtually and independently, keep organized and set daily task priorities
Degree in business administration and marketing is preferred but not essential
Passion to excel at marketing and sales to achieve defined goals and objectives
English verbal and written proficiency is essential
Must be willing to work from home, own computer, have reliable internet access, phone and email contact
