We are seeking paid full-time and unpaid part-time employees to join our sales and research force with the specific intent to generate new client relationships and drive new business development.
Duties for full-time, paid Junior Sales Associates will include: Prospecting, calling and emailing new potential clientele, research of new potential clientele and development/creation of strategic prospecting techniques to further grow business.
Duties of part-time interns will include: Capital Markets Research and Lead Generation/Cultivation for the Junior Sales Associates.
ResponsibilitiesInterns will be responsible for research and lead generation as well as assisting junior associates with review and analysis of new deal flow. i.e. prospecting. Interns will help organize the prospecting effort, search for new potential clients, farm and cultivate data and format call/email/outreach efforts for Junior Sales Associates:
Junior Sales Associates will primarily be tasked with calling/emailing/setting meetings with potential new clients. They will also have the opportunity to begin building their own book of business by attending sales meetings, building relationships with commercial real estate owners, operators, developers and sponsors and working to bring in new deal flow for the company. Unlimited upside potential with attractive base + commission compensation structure. After sufficient seasoning/promotion, will also have opportunity to mentor newly-hired sales associates and participate in their subsequent commissions.
RequirementsInterns must be: Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word. Organized and proactive. Creative and open to developing new techniques for business development. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college university.
Junior Associates must be: Proficient/comfortable on the telephone, sales-driven and motivated to grow within a new company. It is important that candidates posses both analytical and relationship skills. Must have desire to learn the realm of commercial real estate finance and investing as well as sharpen sales and networking skills.
