Real Estate Communicator Duties Include, but are not limited to the following with supervision by the real estate licensee in the valley and top westside developer principal buyer:

- Assists in the coordination of the purchase transaction and due diligence process
- Reviews scrapper to find short sale properties morning and evening daily on weekdays and once daily on weekends
- Sends details of each shot sale with contact information
- Communicates to reach listing agent via phone, text and email for short sales
- Sets appointments daily for all short sales that hit the market
- Writes offer based on terms provided
- Sends offer to listing agent, buyer's agent, principal buyer and agent liaison
- Inputs listing agent contact information into Marketleader for monthly email blasts
- Follow-up with listing agent after offer has been submitted same day
