DescriptionLooking for a fun internship, in a collaborative and supportive environment? Our interns gain real world, hands-on experience in the world of Sales, Deal-Making and Real Estate.
Seller Bailout – works with motivated and distressed property owners that NEED TO SELL FAST and connect Buyers/Investors to Off-Market Deals of Houses, Condos, Buildings, Townhouses, and Land – We are seeking a qualified, entry-level Sales Assistant to provide outstanding support.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn and is a true professional that takes pride in delivering multiple phone calls per day. You must be self-motivated, actively engaged, have a good work-ethic, own your role and have a great sense of humor. You are to be capable and comfortable talking on the phone with prospective Homeowners who are all looking to SELL their homes and/or properties QUICKLY!

-Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Duration of the program
Our internship program start with 3-5 hours per day (upto 25 hours per week). The internship offers opportunities for full time paid employment.
-Marketing or Business related majors preferred.
-Goal oriented and versatile individual(s).
-Strong analytic skills and proficient in MS Office.
-Strong communication & team work skills.
-Minimal experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership experiences.
-Minimum GPA of 2.5.
We will provide compensation on all Deals that go into Contract and/or have Closed. Your efforts will be directly measured by the traction you produce and although this is an Internship, we will reward you for your success with Monthly Bonuses.
Full and Part -time positions available. Commission Based. Our Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities for the sales and marketing teams while learning valuable skills. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in business and broaden your understanding of sales and marketing tactics. We will allow interns to learn all aspects of Sales Calling, Making Appointments and Customer Management through various tasks such as prospecting potential customers, generating leads, negotiating prices, and interacting with current customers.
