DescriptionThis internship is with a top executive search/recruiting firm located in Houston and working for some of the largest financial services firms in the country.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate specific business/candidate opportunities and market trends. Specific activities would include, but not limited to, desktop research, company and/or industry , and sourcing pre-qualified, highly compensated, highly motivated candidates.
Identify, build and manage long term relationships with strategic partners in pursuit of growth opportunities. Specific activities would include organizing and attending meetings with internal/external parties to discuss strategic collaboration opportunities, handling external and internal communications and facilitate transition agreements with partners as needed.
RequirementsCurrently enrolled in college pursuing a Bachelors degree or Interested in recruiting or sales as a longterm career
Available to work 12+ hours per week
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
