A recruiter on our team is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. An individual in this role will play a critical role in our business as well as ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for our clients.
Successful Interns will have an opportunity to be offered full time employment as a Recruiter.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans while managing the full recruiting cycle.
o Work with hiring managers directly for their needs
o Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
o Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
o Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
o Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
o Create contacts within industry and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
o Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
o Conduct prescreening interviews.
o Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
o Perform other special projects as assigned.

• High levels of organizational ability and self management in order to successfully run a full-cycle recruiting desk
