DescriptionEXCLUSIF ENTERTAINMENT is a productions and promotions company for mass media, performing arts, audio recording, publishing, education, promotions, and special events. We presently produce commercials, television shows, movies, and video; we have an online entertainment magazine; manage talent; and produce and promote workshops, seminars & special events.
Exclusif Entertainment has implemented a new addition for our entertainment services, The Entertainment Directory. It is free to the public but paid through listing sales. We are looking for Regional Sales Managers to recruit and set up teams across the United States to sell listings.
The Regional Sales Manager will work remotely and will currently report directly to the company CEO. Teleconference meetings are scheduled weekly. The Regional Sales Manager will be paid a commission per each representative's confirmed sales, Regional Sales Managers will also be an Independent Contractor and receive a 1099 Form at the end of the year.
ResponsibilitiesThis internship position for Regional Sales Manger provides an incredible opportunity that may lead into an entry level full-time position. The Regional Sales Managers will be assigned a region in their geographic location. Regional Sales Reps are responsible for recruiting sales representatives, forming sales teams and assigning districts. Managers will conduct orientations and periodic training sessions; enforce policies and procedures, enforce quality assurance and customer service standards; assist top-level executive with creating strategic sales plans; prepare, complete and implement action plans; identifying trends; helping in identifying where our sales systems can be improved; meeting regional sales objectives; and expanding our customer base by identifying new customer opportunities.
Requirements. 2-3 years of field sales experience
