Atlas Communications, Inc. is a sales and marketing firm with ambitious goals in 2016. We're looking for entry level sales professionals who are hungry for career growth into management and to be a part of our new expansion throughout the Nation. It is our belief that great sales leaders, business leaders and managers know their business from the ground up and they lead from the front.

This is why we are looking for an entry level Sales Account Executive to train on our sales system for acquiring and retaining quality customers for our FORTUNE 500® and FORTUNE 100® clients. Our aim is that as we grow, to ensure that our top performers are given endless promotion options. We believe in organic growth in our executive positions.

The Sales Account Executive is full time and involves responsibilities in:

Entry level sales, handling new and existing accounts
Customer acquisitions and retention
Sales and marketing presentations to our client's target audience
Training new sales and marketing team members
Time management and organization

Sales Account Executive Training Focus:

Leadership and team building both in and out of work
Business development, communication, and management
Leadership and training as a manager and mentor
Leading and developing others
Recruiting and talent scouting

Requirements

Requirements:
A 4-year degree OR experience in business, sales, marketing, management, leadership, or advertising is a plus. We will train candidates in other fields after an in-person assessment of their skil lset and personality are deemed to be a match with our firm.
