My company is seeking for a dynamic, energetic, and detail oriented Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to field sales executives, complete single sales transactions and communicate with customers via phone, email and face-to-face.

Responsibilities

•Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service teams
•Act as a liaison between internal and external customers
•Handle New Account set-up
•Create sales quotation documentation for internal system processing
•Assist with proposals, and other documents associated with the sales process
•Set up meetings and reserve conference rooms for Sales team
•Maintain collateral materials for marketing, client presentations and proposals
•Coordinate Event participation for Trade Shows
•Maintain confidentiality of all information and data transacted in the daily performance of job responsibilities

Requirements

•Advanced Microsoft Office skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
•Great attitude in stressful situations and focused driven
•Prior industry experience as a Sales Administrator - PLUS
•Proven track record of processing of high volume of documents –PLUS
