Researching new leads
Performing follow-up calls on prior customers
Supporting to inside sales team in day-to-day order entry and operations.
Updating product instructions

Social Media management
Must be an excellent and proactive communicator with customers, employees, and executives.

Must enjoying speaking on the phone with a diverse community of researchers
Demonstrated ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities successfully.
