About Position:
• This position reports to Head of Client Relations
• Location: NY
• Paid Intern position with possibility of full time role upon successful completion of 3 months and 6 months evaluation
• Ideal job opportunity for seniors or recent graduates majoring with Business, Marketing or other related majors
• Can be considered as Temp to Hire Role
• Office Hours: 9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri
• Must be authorized to work in US without any sponsorship requirement


Responsibilities

Description of Duties:
• Ensure proper on-boarding of new accounts and proactively follow-up with inactive accounts
• Identify targets for up-selling; sell additional products and services to appropriate clients
• Significantly reduce customer attrition via proactive outreach to inactive and/or dissatisfied clients
• Call on cancelled accounts and persuade such accounts to re-join Limo Anywhere

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Internship experience in either a direct sales role (phone or retail), or a customer relationship management role preferred
• Adequate knowledge of web-based technologies; ability to quickly learn product specifics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter mentality and significant motivation
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and other MS office tools
