Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a dynamic, organized and driven individual for our Sales and Customer Service Intern position located in Trinity, FL. The ideal candidate will be excited to work alongside our team for better customer focus and seamless operations. This person should be able to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.
Please note that you must be a current student in order to apply for the SEL internship program, and given the region our team supports, you must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.

ResponsibilitiesAssist Customer Service Representative and Sales Managers as needed.
Match documents from other departments to the correct S&CS documents.
File closed customer records.
Prepare customer records for archiving.
Assist with collateral requests.
Coordinate field office/distributor mailings.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Update customer information in databases.
Document/update instructions for repeating tasks.
Continuously identify, measure, follow, and improve customer service area processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Ability to alphabetize and file accurately
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)
Ability to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer
MS Excel experience
MS Word experience
