What is TRILLFIT doing?
We’re changing the way people work out. TRILLFIT is a pop-up hip hop fitness party based in Boston, MA. Our classes provide calorie-torching 60-minute sessions, live hip hop DJs, an inclusive and diverse social atmosphere, and are led by locally acclaimed instructors along with national celebrities.

We are seeking top talent that has a passion for winning and making a difference. The Intern, Sales position at TRILLFIT provides the opportunity to work with our customers and build upon your business acumen skills. Candidates must be able to commute to Boston and be available to work a minimum of 16 hours each week to be considered for this position. This position will work closely with the Founder and CMO.
Your introduction to the fitness industry and selling will be delivered through real world experience with our consumers and corporate customers. You will sell and negotiate TRILLFIT products through the use of monthly sales figures and market data.
Training is on the job and focused on developing skills in driving business at retail. You will be responsible for supporting the team’s efforts covering a geographic territory of established retail accounts.
Our interns possess strong selling and communication skills. In addition, critical thinking, leadership, and organizational skills are key to planning, prioritizing, and executing our business plan. Successful job performance comes from a commitment to generating results.
We offer wages via commission based on years of college completed and reimbursement for business mileage.
The qualified, successful candidate will possess the following:
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Reliable transportation to complete sales calls as needed
• Willingness to learn and motivation to succeed
**This internship covers a territory in the Boston/Providence area and will require a commitment of 40 hours during the summer with the potential for 15-20 hours during the fall semester as a campus representative. Candidates must reside and attend university within the greater Boston/Rhode Island area for the duration of the internship.
