About Us: We are a strategic marketing and advising firm, meaning we help clients with any realm of marketing needs. Spearheaded by TEDx Speaker, Author, and entrepreneur Jared Kleinert’s experience working with clients ranging from #1 NYT Bestselling Authors to Olympians, Founders of Billion Dollar Brands, and current brands like Samsung and March of Dimes, we are growing our team and offerings to help more clients share their stories and better service those they influence.

Our work normally falls into the categories of people, books, brands, companies, etc looking to either 1) launch, 2) scale, or 3) rebrand and reposition to take advantage of the growing Millennial marketplace.

We are looking for early, early team members who are hungry to come in, work with us remotely from anywhere in the world, and grow with us as we develop our sales team.

Responsibilities

Main Job Priorities:
Research and pitch potential lead sources for a growing strategic marketing consulting company.
Use selected lead sources each week to find contact info for and do basic research on 30-50 new leads.
Propose and craft outbound sales email copy, and draft outbound sales emails
Follow up initial outbound emails with direct phone calls
Record logs of leads who have responded, not responded, and/or have moved to the next step(s) of our internal sales funnel.
[Once a client is closed that you helped source] You may potentially get to work more in-depth with clients who come on to work with us, resulting in additional responsibilities and compensation.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:
A plan of action! Don’t simply send in a resume. We care much less about your resume than about your entrepreneurial spirit and what you plan to do with us given your experience, ideas, and hustle.
Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, selling)
Willingness to learn. Fast.
Great personality for sales and to mesh with a young, growing team.
