DescriptionAs a Sales Intern you will be provided an opportunity to experience many aspects of the selling process. In this position you will be placed in a lead generation role, where you’ll work with new and existing customers to uncover a need for our services and/or products. Upon completion of the lead generation role, you may have the opportunity to be exposed to our sales team, where you will be introduced to our sales processes.

Selected intern(s) will gain intricate knowledge in the sales process, from both execution, and management perspectives. Customer-centric service will also be demonstrated on a daily basis. Weekly meetings with the CEO, and sales managers will provide a supportive, and learning atmosphere along with a developmental aspect.
Responsibilities• Sell products/services to existing and prospective customers as assigned.
• Place products/services for follow-up by a Sales Representative. Schedules follow-up
appointment for the Sales Representative as appropriate.
• Service all customers, internal and external, in a professional manner. Resolve customer
service problems to the mutual satisfaction of both the company and the customer.
• Accurately complete and process documentation related to customer transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
RequirementsHigh School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
Current enrollment in college; Junior/Senior status preferred.
Prior sales, customer service or business experience preferred
Ability to learn the sales process and apply it effectively.
Ability to follow a scripted call format.
Possess temperament to accept and apply coaching.
