Description

We are a digital media company that specializes in web design and development. We work closely with clients to re-brand their online identity. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Associate to help us grow our business activities, from lead generation through to close. You will be given clear parameters, but will be encouraged to infuse your own uniqueness to the process. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, and generating short-form reports to the managing partners. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth .

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales
service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on
product features
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and
evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling,
networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and
concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Requirements

Requirements
• Proven experience as a sales associate or relevant role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
practices
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office or equivalent business tools
• Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
