DescriptionHiring Steps, Inc. is a hosted SaaS (Software as a Service). Our cloud based recruiting software is designed for companies of all sizes to simplify the online recruiting process and significantly reduce the cost per hire. We offer powerful hiring tools in an easy to use format so our clients can quickly manage their applicants and find “the One”.
As an Intern, you will serve as the voice of our company speaking directly with existing and future clients. You will quickly learn how to leverage technology and master the art of hiring.
Putting your education first, feel free to work between 20-30 hours a week and schedule your time around your classes. You will be paid $12.00 - $16.00 per hour as an Intern.
As part of the Sales department you will assist in handling all client inquiries and follow up on sales leads. We are a software company so you must be tech savvy for this role. In addition you must be willing to learn and enjoy talking on the phone.
RequirementsMust be tech savvy

Must have excellent communication skills
Experience selling to businesses is a plus
Experience selling services is a plus
Must be self-motivated
General business experience a plus
