Our clients include corporations looking to develop promotional content, as well as couples capturing their special day. We are looking to hire a Sales Lead to prospect and build our customer base. This role will be a combination of sales, marketing, and account management.
The Sales Lead position is commission-based, with a base finder’s fee per job.
Deliver engaging and informative sales pitches for new contracts
Prospect and develop new client relationships with genuine excitement for the THREE20 brand
Generate and qualify new business leads using creative strategy, including social media
Conceptualize and maintain a CRM database to support our growing clientele
Negotiate with clients to create win-win solutions
Prepare sales proposals and customized contracts
Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, electronically, or in-person
A good listener that shares our passion for delighting customers
A strong commitment to business development, relationship building and customer service
Knowledge of sales, customer relations and building a book of business
Persuasive, resilient, and goal-oriented
Knowledgeable and proficient in social-media marketing
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Customer Relationship Management databases
