Sales Ninjas are serious about being the best of the best and annihilating the goals they set for themselves. Sales Ninjas are team-oriented, but not afraid of autonomy. They take their own character growth seriously and work hard at whatever they do.
-Find, scout out, and secure the best, most awesome new business Nashville has to offer
-Regularly set high goals (that you crush) for new business and candidates, via whatever means necessary (email, social media, networking, etc).
-Develop business relationships (coffee, beer, golf - whatever it takes) with VP and Director level stakeholders
-Source, screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates (there's usually coffee involved here, too)
-We take relationships with candidates seriously. We want you to, too. Guide them through their hiring process like you'd want to be if you were in their shoes.
-Stay connected to both clients and candidates in a systematic way
-Use your creative juices to develop client and candidate marketing campaigns
-Be fun to work with! (No one wants to spend their day with Negative Nancy).
