Responsibilities

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Deal directly with customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
2. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
3. Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
4. Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
5. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
6. Manage customers' accounts.
7. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
8. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
9. Record details of actions taken.
10. Maintain customer databases.
11. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
12. Follow up on customer interactions.
13. provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
