We provide global risk management, risk consulting, insurance broking, alternative risk financing, and insurance program management services for businesses, public entities, associations, professional services organizations, and private clients. MMA provides highly specialized products and services covering a wide spectrum of risks.
The Sales Support Specialist will assist the Marketing and Sales team in the development of any communications and assist with marketing-related duties and responsibilities as needed while providing support for all sales initiatives.

Prospect Research: performs Google, Social Media, and InsideMarsh searches to gain an understanding of the prospects’ business for the purposes of qualifying said prospects as well as identifying industry-relevant and product-specific resources.
Salesforce Management: works with Producers to ensure all prospects are in the system with up-to-date information, enters sales opportunities, manages daily upkeep of the system, etc.
IMPAX Calling Days: tracks all activity, enters details into Salesforce, and follows up on progress post Calling Day.
Email Campaigns: with guidance, develops communications within a particular niche, executes delivery of communication pieces, and tracks response rates.
Social Media Management: manages all social media sites (i.e., Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, etc.) for the company by creating content, gathers information from relevant sources, tracks traffic to sites, and reviews sites for relevant information.
MMA Connect: manages FL-specific page on company Intranet by updating calendar events, posting region-specific information, and sharing information with administrator to load onto general site.
Request for Proposal Responses: gathers information to populate drafts of RFP responses.
Performance & Partnership Review Reports: tracks delivery of reports and follows-up with Producers on progress.
College degree; Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
Advanced working capacity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Intermediate working capacity with Microsoft Excel.
