The Position

The Inside Sales role represents the first phase in our Sales Training Program in which you will learn the challenging and exciting fundamentals of digital marketing and consultative sales.

From day one you will be exposed to how marketers are leveraging cutting edge techniques online to drive sales. We will offer the tools, training and hands on coaching required to make you an expert in online marketing; to help you excel at B2B sales; and over time help you learn how to develop and run a successful sales organization.

In this role you will conquer the concepts and fundamentals of SoLoMo, and then quickly move into a role where you learn how to successfully execute the initial phases of our sales process. Responsibilities include prospecting for new potential clients, researching their live online ad campaigns, executing initial phone calls to the target company, presenting initial core value propositions, booking appointments with key Marketing Executives and collaborating with Account Executives to win new customers.

The first phase of our development program is expected to last between 3 to 12 months ending with a promotion into an Account Executive role where you take responsibility for executing product demonstrations, advertising account analysis, executive presentations, negotiations, and contract closure. We operate in one of the most dynamic and exciting markets in technology today, and we are looking for the next generation of Advertising Sales Champions.

After moving into the Account Executive role, the right members of our team will have significant opportunities to develop into Senior Managers in our sales organization with both operational and P/L responsibilities.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience
- University degree (BA/ BS) with strong academic results
- Passion and drive for success in consultative sales and business development
- Ideally at least 1-year sales experience (although not essential)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural leadership qualities
- Passion for online marketing
- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
