DescriptionWe are looking for highly motivated entry level/experienced and highly motivated Sponsorship sales representatives . This position requires reaching out to sponsors as well as identifying potential new sponsors.Creativity and organization are key, as well as a positive attitude, outgoing nature, comfort with selling, and a willingness to cold call and follow up as needed. Developing new sponsors among national brands and previously untapped businesses will be key to success in this position.
15-30% commission to start. No starting base during probation Period
90-120 days probation period.
Sales experience is a plus.
B2B Social Media experience is a plus.
Event sponsorship sales experience is a plus.
Researching and generating sales leads: determining which companies would benefit from gaining exclusive exposure to the NYFW audience as a result of getting involved with the Forum, and reaching out to them to start the sales process.
Developing and negotiating Sponsorship packages with prospective corporate sponsors of the Forum.
Keeping an updated sales report and list of potential future partners
Assist with Sponsor Servicing and assuring that all sponsorship contracts are activated and fulfilled
Other writing, production, and administrative duties as assigned
Experience in experiential marketing and sponsorship a plus
Knowledge of Google Apps, Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong client contacts a plus
Outstanding writing ability
Excellent communication and public relations skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Superb time management skills
Ability to follow directions and execute a vision
Maturity, good judgment, and exceptional attitude
Ability to close sales quickly using consultative selling approach
***This position is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to get a hands on experience .This is a FULL TIME (40 hrs/week) position to start with opportunity to become full time. This position is open IMMEDIATELY.
