Description

We are Looking for a good skilled graphic software user, who have interest to learn laser technology.
Laser application is driven by customer demand for studies in specific laser-material interaction area.
Sampling work is one method of generating new applications and for developing laser marking, engraving, welding and cutting technology. Through production activities, the applications technician focuses on ensuring that a quality product is delivered (the machine can realize the processing which is pr oven by sampling).

Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and specifications. Decide on optimum laser system and beam delivery requirements.
Perform “in process” inspection of production parts using a number of analytical methods.
Upon completion of job, sign off on work order when samples or production is completed,
Compose Applications Reports and Log all relevant data in database/notebook.
Author patents, research papers, coordinate R&D projects.
Coordinate monthly production schedule with production manager, and VP of Sales & Service.
Complete complex tasks on schedule with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively with customers and application team members to deliver results that drive customer satisfaction.
Work in conjunction with Sales Department on status of orders and customer service.
Support setting up of new systems and performing final acceptance with the end customer.
Communicate effectively with Customer and Service Rep. to provide technical support and training.

Requirements

• Minimum of a 2nd year study for bachelors' degree in graphic art, materials, physics
• Good skills of using graphic processing software, like coraldraw, AI, photoshop etc.
• Knowledge of heat or chemical effects on material,
Knowledge of laser systems and technology will be trained during intership.
• Hands-on ability to succeed in a technically challenging, multi-disciplinary, fast paced laser company
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, sales and engineering staff, speak both English and Chinese preferred.
• Proven technical expertise and the ability to work as a team player

Skills

Required - Graphics, Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred - Bilingual, Mandarin Chinese
