SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES In this entry-level professional accounting role, the Accounting Intern will be responsible for maintaining an up to date Accounts Payable, assist with record keeping, and provide financial reports of various levels. The ideal candidate will be very familiar with accounting databases, be technologically friendly, and must have a solid understanding of accounting principles. Future Investor Clubs of America (FICA) is looking for a qualified intern to join our sales and marketing/advertising team to help support our corporate expansion efforts in markets natiowide. FICA has a long history of providing financial education, e-learning, software, camps, news and workshop services which started in 1997. FICA provides internship sales and marketing, e-learning, news, financial analytics, basic, advance, executive, leadership and international training opportunities to high school students and college under-graduate levels. The Sales and Marketing Internship is a flexible 60, 90 and or 120 day program which begins in the summer. Through the FICA Sales and Marketing project, all our interns are required to attend financial educating training sessions. Each session is designed to meet the standards/Competencies/Learning Outcomes established by Federal and State Departments of Education for economics, personal finance and financial literacy. Successful completion of the internship will qualify interns to receive a FICA Certificate of Completion.
