We are seeking a Summer Office Intern to assist our IT team in Denver this summer. In this position you will be responsible for a variety of duties as it relates to departmental needs. The Intern functions under close to moderate supervision and within established procedures. Position is temporary. Other duties include: Performs a variety of duties such as using a computer to post and/or maintain data files, sort materials and/or assemble packets for distribution, maintain and inventory of departmental supplies, assist in the coordination of logistics for events, may code and input data into computer, write and/or proof materials, filing, copying, coordinating project detail. May be assigned to compile reports and other duties as needed. May be assigned to work closely with a department representative so that the incumbent can learn about particular field of interest. May be assigned to attend various meetings regarding assigned projects or departmental objectives.
