The Asst Media Planner will provide key support to the Media planning and buying team across our clients marketing initiatives and partnerships. Eclectic Communications is a full service Media Planning and Buying agency located in Venice, CA. We have a select list of key clients which span across multiple industries, from Healthcare to Surfing, we provide our clients a full suite of media services, from Strategic Planning and Buying of national and regional media to the development of Social Media Initiatives for "blus-chip" companies. This position will play a key support role in managing our consumer marketing efforts for such brands as WaveJet Propulsion, Dulcinea Farms and The James (Ohio State Comprehensive Cancer Center). Some key responsibilities will include the contribution of media campaign development and management, national and regional media buying as well as digital media strategy and implementation. This includes maintaining and growing internal (creative, compliance, social media) and external (agency and media channels) relationships that foster brand-building opportunities and ensure the flawless execution of all campaigns. We are a new paradigm for media agency management, offering the understanding of cross platform initiatives as it relates to Media Planning and placement. As a new agency, looking for just a few individuals to enter into our newly formed internship program. Implementing Media plans that will incorporate a range of tactics and activities designed to grow awareness, drive sales and enhance our brands overall awareness. Manage the execution of media buys with media vendors, showcasing a strong understanding of media math for multiple platforms to effectively plan and track. Focus on key media metrics and key learnings to assist team with future campaign planning Work closely with Marketing Business Analyst to understand daily reporting data and trends for media campaigns Route marketing materials (artwork, scripts, videos, etc) to internal sources for approval Optimize media mix, traffic and creative rotations based on campaigns results, strategy and/or team direction Maintain creative rotation calendar and ensure creative assets are distributed appropriately Traffic digital ads through DoubleClick or other ad serving tool Create and manage relationships with agency and network partners Be aware of emerging Broadcast media and digital trends, products, and technologies for application within ECS Marketing programs Work with internal cross functional teams including Creative, Social Media, E-Commerce, Mobile to ensure flawless communication and execution of all marketing aspects
