The Account Coordinator provides assistance to the Account Manager in the day-to-day management of accounts and develops the skills necessary to advance to the position of Account Manager.
Duties:
Gather and assemble background information and analyses as needed by the Account Manager in development of creative briefs
Provide administrative assistance to the Account Manager on day-to-day activities for assigned clients, including responding to client phone calls and emails, handling mail/packages, etc., to ensure continued progress of client workflow
Provide input in planning stage as requested by the Account Manager or Director of Production. Assist in mailings, word processing, reports, proposals, correspondence, and other materials related to account service (except billing, production quotes, media plans) and prepare the above for client meetings. Also assist in the compilation and assembly of meeting packets as directed by the Account Manager
Handle paperwork and maintain files on all client activities, their competitors and their industries; maintain client correspondence file, approvals, copy, forms/documents, supplies for daily processing and tracking of account service work, etc.
Take minutes at meetings and distribute to appropriate personnel as needed
Perform other reasonable tasks relating to the mission of Infinity Concepts as assigned
