Act as first and second line of contact for client application support, with primary responsibility for client deliverables including reporting. General and Technical Responsibilities: 1. Actively participate in client meetings as required and appropriate. 2. Produce and maintain Fresh Juice Global application documentation, organized and stored in FJG's documentation library. 3. Ensure a stable and predictable operating environment for FJG's client community. Including proper problem identification, timely escalation and resolution, and thorough testing of software changes. 4. The Front Porch Center for Technology Innovation and Wellbeing (FPCTIW) explores the innovative uses of technology to empower individuals to live well, especially in their later years. FPCTIW works collaboratively with all stakeholders and in partnership with funding sources, researchers and technology partners. The Resident Project Volunteer will support and implement activities for the Model eHealth Community for Aging (MeHCA), and will report to the FPCTIW director. The Model eHealth Community for Aging project (MeHCA) focuses on deploying health-related, technology-based activities for a diverse population of senior and disabled residents of the Los Angeles Koreatown neighborhood. The volunteer will provide training, coordination, and support at two affordable housing communities to ensure the goals of the MeHCA project are met to support the transition to technology-enabled healthcare among seniors, the disabled, and project partners. Job Functions OUTREACH Promote resident participation in project-related activities that will include designing and posting flyers, speaking with residents, and ensuring activity attendance. Provide as-needed written and verbal translation services. Nurture the development of community leaders to support project activities. TRAINING/SUPPORT Support scheduled training and workshop activities at the targeted communities. Provide technical assistance in connecting the site to workshop presentations. DENTAL HEALTH PROJECT Identify and coordinate culturally- and age-appropriate resources to provide dental health education through video conferencing sessions.
