Who we are: UNDECIDED LLC (www.undecided.com / Undecided App) is an innovative user-generated video-based entertainment/social media platform, with a unique concept and brand with broad mass market appeal. Users advise each other on all aspects of their lives, covering trivial ("what shall I wear today?"), more substantial ("shall I marry my boyfriend?"), but also today's social issues (sexual preferences, violence, religious, pro-choice, politics, etc.). We are currently in closed beta testing. Launch of the App store end May 2013. Your role: As community manager, your role will be to support the CEO and the marketing effort throughout the period. What we need: A recent graduate with a strong feel for today's mass-market youth culture (our anticipated core demo will be 18-30, mostly female). You will be helping with diverse tasks; general site monitoring and content editorial, assisting with marketing plan, blogging and newsletters/updates, answering users queries, etc. You are a highly creative (this is key; as you will be expected to continuously contribute and show great initiative), business-oriented, street-smart, very sharp and reliable individual, as on-time delivery is critical. You need to be articulate and well organized, comfortable with multi-tasking, a self starter. Excellent social media skills are essential; tech knowledge not needed. You will be joining an excellent growing team of professionals. You will learn a great deal on the job and there will be few, if any, administrative tasks.
