The position will entail the design, implementation and support of contact center applications developed and sold by Nuxiba Technologies. The candidate will deal extensively in Voice over IP technologies, telecommunications (VoIP and TDM), Windows networks, and computer hardware components. The position is salaried and compensation will be competitive and negotiable. The position is for an individual who would like to start his/her career and be an integral part of a core team of engineers who will not only develop but also deliver very exciting new products. Responsibilities: Design and Install Contact Centers, including all of the associated modules such as: IVR, Automated attendants, ACD, Predictive Dialers, Web, chat, integration to databases, PBX phone systems, and CRM. Custom design and implementation is specific to each installation, the design will be done utilizing the developed and already proven technology and products of Nuxiba Technologies. Innovate. Candidate will be part of a development team that is constantly working to improve our product line. Provide Technical support both via phone and in some cases onsite. Assist in sales presentations Install the contact center solution. This includes bringing servers onto a network, integrating Databases, and PBX systems, and dealing with VoIP applications. Train customers to utilize their call center and maximize the solutions capabilities Integrate Nuxiba solutions to both VoIP networks as well as traditional telephony, including the integration to existing PBX systems.
