Whatever you can commit to. At this point, we have no budget and can not offer any form of monetary compensation. We understand that college students are busy and we want to have mutually-beneficial relationships with our writers. We expect a Contributing Bartender Writer to commit to submitting 2-3 pieces of content every week, as scheduled by the editorial calendar. At minimum, we ask for a commitment of 1 piece of content, every week, as scheduled. Types of content will obviously include Cocktail Recipes, and also Bar related articles and blogs. Writers can choose to author a biweekly or weekly column, or simply contribute one-off recipes and articles. This position starts February 24, 2013 - May 24, 2013 Unpaid Internship for 1st 2nd and 3rd shift. The operations manager is the second in command at a radio station for those stations which choose to employ one. He or She is responsible for coordinating scheduling of daily on-air activity including program recordings, promotions, continuity and underwriting as well as coordinating daily operation. The operations manager must have good hearing to be able to monitor and maintain sound quality. Performance will be evaluated over this time period to bring on as a full-time paid employee.

ULife is looking for an experienced college journalist to man our assignment desk. We have a group of broadcast journalist who will be making news videos everyday and they need to know what stories to cover! You'll be tasked with selecting stories already written on our website, as well as important stories off the wire for our on camera reporters to cover. You'll be working closely with our Senior Editor in our Santa Monica office. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience on a daily or weekly publication, and has demonstrated consistent news judgement. The news articles are easy to read and provide real, current information about world events from people who live in different countries. We are looking for one or two students (or graduates) who are interested in journalism and social issues in their country and surrounding area. The selected applicant will write short articles about the current events that are happening in their country. The applicant must be: Able to speak English at an intermediate or advance level Located in the country about which they are writing.
