Rasa Living seeks a graphic design intern for its in-house design department for spring 2013. This is a paid position; Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Work on corrections to jobs created by other designers - Work on templated jobs, including lobby cards, 3-sheets, librettos, signage, program inserts, and Playbill filler ads - Some small-scale design jobs - Maintain files in the digital assets management system. Qualifications: - Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) - Be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, and be self-motivated - Available to work up to twenty hours a week

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Produce layouts in HTML incorporating web markup standards. Slice and optimize web images. Design within existing web content and maintain WEB site look and feel. Work as a team member, but also must be able to work individually after being given project goals & creative guidelines. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Prior Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks experience. HTML 4 and CSS 2 experience. Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and organization skills.
